Using Downez
You may use the available tools for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to these terms and any rights attached to your source material. You must be at least 13 and meet the age and consent requirements that apply where you live. If you are accepting these terms for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Do not use Downez to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create unlawful content, impersonate others, fabricate misleading endorsements, distribute malware, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Automated abuse and attempts to access another person’s account are prohibited.
Your content and exports
You retain your rights to the text, images and other content you bring to Downez. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions, including permission to use someone’s photo, name or review. Using the tools does not transfer ownership of your content to Downez.
ReviewSnap rendering, Pixnez image processing and their exports run in your browser. Downez does not require a license to publish your source files or generated exports merely because you use these local tools.
Check results before publishing or relying on them. AI background removal and other transformations can make mistakes. An export does not guarantee accuracy, exclusivity, copyright protection or freedom from third-party rights. Your source material and applicable third-party licenses may affect how you can use an output commercially.
Accounts and security
If you use an account, provide accurate information and protect your sign-in access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service or comply with law.

Availability and changes
Tools depend on your browser, device capabilities and downloaded assets. Some devices may not support every processing or export option. Keep your own copies of important files; Downez is not a backup service.
We may update, limit or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every result will meet a particular purpose. We may update these terms and will identify the latest version by the date above. Where required, we will give notice of material changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Downez and third-party materials
The Downez name, website design and service materials belong to their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of its branding or other protected materials. Open-source components and model assets remain subject to their own licenses; nothing here removes rights those licenses grant you.
External websites and sign-in providers operate under their own terms. Downez is not responsible for services operated by third parties.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Downez is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To that same extent, Downez is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption resulting from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
