This policy explains how Downez handles information when you use downez.tech and its tools. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Your images and creations
ReviewSnap renders your review text, ratings and artwork in your browser. Pixnez processes the images you select in your browser. These tools do not upload your source images, review text or generated exports to Downez for processing or storage. Exported files are saved through your browser to your device.
The browser downloads the code, AI model files and encoding assets needed to run these tools. Downloading those assets does not send your source image to an AI service. Downez does not use your source content to train AI models.
Google sign-in and account data
If you choose to sign in with Google, Downez receives your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status and basic profile information, such as your name and profile image. We use this information to identify your account, sign you in and maintain your session. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.
Account and session records are stored in our backend database. Where OAuth tokens need to be retained, they are protected on the server and are not exposed to browser storage. We do not sell Google account information or use it for advertising.
You can remove Downez access through your Google account connections. Removing that connection does not itself delete an existing Downez account or end every existing Downez session. Contact us to request deletion of account data.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses essential cookies to complete authentication and keep you signed in. Browser storage may also hold tool preferences, compatibility settings and cached AI model files. Cached model files can use device storage; they are model assets, not a copy of your uploaded photo on our server.
You can clear cookies and site data using your browser settings. This may sign you out, reset preferences and require model files to download again. Downez currently has no advertising cookies or application analytics integration.
Hosting and security information
Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery, security and backend infrastructure. When you visit, the delivery infrastructure receives information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request timing. This information supports delivering the service, preventing abuse and diagnosing failures. Processing a file locally does not make a visit anonymous to the hosting infrastructure.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards. We share information only as needed to operate the service, address security or legal obligations, or follow your instructions. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its own practices.
Retention, security and your choices
We keep account information while needed to provide your account, and retain limited records where required for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Session records expire or are revoked. Infrastructure logs and backups may follow the provider’s retention schedules. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. We will explain any records we must retain and respond as required by applicable law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Children and policy updates
Downez is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes to how we handle account information will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Your use of Downez is also subject to our Terms of Service.
